Group classes are a fantastic way to share your energy
between everyone in the class and explore the
technique and movement while building up the
positive energy and sense of calmness in the room.
Group practice can also help you to get motivated and
energised to improve your own practice. It also gives
an opportunity to build the long-lasting yoga
friendships.
Group practice can give you an opportunity to practice
completely away from distraction and hustle and
bustle of your household and also helps in building a
sense of community through support and
encouragement of each other.
Our group sessions are small size, maximum of 15-20
students. This will allow us to give individual attention
to everyone and help to correct the posture alignment
whenever needed.
